Beatriz is a Global Executive & Career Coach since 2007, passionate about partnership with Global Top leaders who are committed to leading change in the corporate world. She has lived and worked in London, Spain, South America, and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Dubai) giving her unique insight to the challenges faced in the global market. Her joys and commitments are to support executives in developing self-awareness, growing as authentic and transformative leaders, and making great impacts within their organizations and communities, plus an additional passion for supervising CTI’s Certification students. Known as knowledgeable, curious, and reliable, she empowers her clients in the process of unearthing thought-provoking insights into who they are and in uncovering their intrinsic value. She both coaches and supervises in the English and Spanish languages. She has a combined education in Psychology and an MBA, 10 years of Human Resources leadership experience with prominent companies in technology, finance, and construction industries, and 14 years as a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) in executive and career coaching in diverse industries and cultures. Her client roster spans EU-UK, LATAM, U.S.A, and the Middle East. Her specialties are Career coaching: CHJMC (Certified Hidden Job Market Coach) | CCTC (Certified Career Transition Coach) | PBS (Personal Brand Specialist);Executive Leadership Coaching (TLC), and Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). Beatriz is also an active Coaching Supervisor with CTI.
